DavidMusgrave
David Musgrave was born in 1965 and lives in Sydney. He is the author of the novel Glissando: a melodrama, the critical study Grotesque Anatomies: Menippean satire since the Renaissance and three previous collections of poetry. He is the publisher of Puncher and Wattmann and lectures at the University of Newcastle.
Phantom Limb  shared the annual Grace Leven Prize for Poetry for 2010 with two other books, The Simplified World by Petra White and  Patience, Mutiny by L K Holt, all of them published by JLP. In the Prize’s distinguished sixty-four-year history, this is the first time that three books have been honoured together.
